Payment is accepted through Paypal - a fast and secure way to pay using your credit or debit card or Paypal account - You do not need to have an account with Paypal to pay - it is simple to pay through Paypal but, if you do have any problems, just let us know, and we will help you resolve any issues if needed!
Payment can also be accepted by cheque or direct credit - Please email your full order to us stating your choice of payment.

FunkyToadstool aims to post orders out as soon as possible, stock limits allowing, but, if you do need clarification of this, for example; if the item is wanted as a gift etc and needed by a certain date, please just email us for confirmation of order dispatch details! xx

For all orders outside of the UK - a money request will be issued upon receipt of your order to cover the extra cost of postage - or, if you wish, you can enquire before placing an order - just email us!

If your order is a gift for some lucky person! - let us know, and we can de-tag and beautifully wrap your order, ready to hand-over!

* Please ensure that your Paypal account has the correct address details for delivery, as these are assumbed as the most up to date details for your order to be sent. If you require your order to be posted to a different address you must please indicate this on your Paypal confirmation or through seperate email to us (together with the correct reference to your order) *

No returns are accepted unless due to product fault on arrival, and indicated with 7 days, although you can request a credit note/exchange but, in this case, the postage payment will be responsibility of the customer (unless previously arranged with FunkyToadstool) and the item must be received back to us in 'as new' condition with all tags etc.

All orders are sent with proof of postage but, if your order has not been received by an appropriate date, please check your Paypal address details are correct firstly before you contact us.

Vintage items - Please note; that where an item states 'vintage' this means that the condition can be in a used/worn state, as one would expect for a vintage item - Please enquire if you would like further descriptions on an item.

*Please note that all bracelets are of a 'standard' size, unless otherwise stated, but can be adjusted if agreed before order.
